Sept 1 2011 ATHENA AVIATION officially launches Operations Practice

 

Athena Aviation is pleased to announce the expansion of our Operations Practice. The addition of key resources with specialisation and experience in the geographic regions that are core to us has enabled us to take this next step in our growth.

 

This announcement is the result of a long search to grow the business into areas which would allow Athena Aviation to serve a wider range of clients with a broader spectrum of services. With the addition of these key team members, Athena Aviation will, over the course of the remaining months, continue to reorganise the service offering to make it easier for our clients to identify how we can assist them.

 

The expansion further enhances Athena Aviation's offerings into our core services: airine startup, airline restructuring and turnaround, and business performance improvement.

 

With these specialist skills, we now look even more specifically into the end to end components of complex activities such as aircraft selection, new aircraft type introduction, launch of new destinations/online stations, schedule efficiency and passenger service. Athena will also be able to now deploy specialist technical expertise in areas such as weight and balance, ground operations management, safety management, and preparation for IOSA certification.
